ALAR Engineering Services
ALAR consists of skilled, in-house CAD layout and mechanical engineers. This department is dedicated to ensuring the maximum performance of ALAR’s industrial pretreatment and dewatering equipment.
Equipment Solutions
The Engineering Department continues to enhance the technology and design of the ALAR wastewater equipment. Each ALAR system is customized to meet the built-to specifications of the customer.
ALAR provides technical engineering startup and field services once the equipment is installed. Startup services are for operator instruction, safety and mechanical inspection. The ALAR system should be connected to all plumbing, electrical and air requirements prior to the engineer arriving at the facility.
Field engineering startup or service training charges are as follows:
- Travel Time: $75 per hour
- Labor Time: $125 per hour
- Expenses: At Cost
ALAR does not install the equipment. The services provided by ALAR involve the applied manufacturing and maintenance of ALAR-built mechanical equipment. ALAR does not provide plumber or electrical contractor / installer services, nor does it provide structural engineering design of buildings, trench drains, pits, flooring, or any type of remodeling.
ALAR is committed to working with its customers on an ongoing basis following the commissioning of the equipment. The Engineering Department provides over-the-phone and electronic technical support from the Mokena, IL corporate headquarters.
ALAR designs each system to meet the customer's build-to specifications. ALAR begins with stock layouts, and customizes the auxiliary equipment according to the customer's specifications.
