	Auto-Vac® Wastewater Equipment The Auto-Vac® wastewater treatment system will remove virtually all suspended solids from liquid slurries. It is self-cleaning with every revolution, thus, it never blinds. With the aid of a diatomaceous earth filter media, solid particles as small as ½ micron are removed from the liquid being filtered. Pre-piped, pre-wired and skid-mounted, the Auto-Vac wastewater treatment system is easily added to any manufacturing or processing facility. 	Flex-O-Star® Wastewater Treatment Equipment A completely automatic batch treatment and filtration system. It converts wastewater into clear water and dry solids. The system is shipped as a complete package ready for installation consisting of a treatment tank, chemical addition system, and an Auto-Vac filter. 	Spiral Flow Separator Wastewater Equipment The Spiral Flow Separator wastewater treatment system is a versatile separator that will separate two or three components (floatables, water, and settleable solids). This equipment is most commonly used in applications where water recirculation is desired. The Spiral Flow treatment system has both low initial and operating costs. It is easy to operate (two simple adjustments give precise control over entire operating range) and is available in various sizes to fit specific needs. Inspirited air injection is available to improve the removal of floatables.
	Gravity Clarifier Wastewater Equipment Alar's Gravity Clarification filter reduces wastewater volumes by 90% with two easy filtration steps. Pump wastewater to top reservoir, add dry Alar One-Step chemical to the top reservoir, and press the start button. The Gravity Clarifier will then separate the dirty contaminants from the wastewater and produce a clean effluent. Reuse this effluent for further wash water or pipe to city sewer for disposal. The dry encapsulated solids are ready for landfill disposal.
	Rotary Strainer Wastewater Equipment The Rotary Strainer strains all material larger than 3/8". The strainer has stainless steel construction with a clam shell design, and 6" carbon steel inlet and outlet lines. Machines range from 50 to 650 gpm capacity (depending upon size).
